Our standard warranty,

All of our ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Scooters and Go-Karts are covered by the manufacturer (TaoTao, Roketa, etc) for a period of 90 days on defective Parts and 12 months on defective engines (starting the date of purchase).

All Warranty claims are handle directly with the manufacturer through familyfunpowersports.

This standard warranty covers the replacement of parts only. Labor charges to replace parts and shipping fees to ship parts is not covered under warranty and is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Familyfunpowersports LLC is bound by the decisions of the manufacturer for warranty and replacement parts issues and at no time can be held responsible for their actions or decisions.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

All sales are final, There are no refunds of any kind for any reason. At no time can any ATV, Scooter, Go-Kart, Dirt Bike, or Side x Side be returned for refund or exchange for any reason once item has been shipped. Motor vehicles arriving damaged from Familyfunpowersports LLC or its affiliates (TaoTao, Roketa, etc) based on damages incurred by either shipping, Customer neglect, Or manufacturers defect, in which a part or parts can be replaced (by a averagely skilled mechanical person) that would bring the vehicle back to acceptable appearance and functionality.
